I take a very consultative approach and want buyers and sellers to feel like they can take their time. Real estate is incredibly personal to every client and can range from emotionally exhausting to a fun rollercoaster. Being aware of this has been hugely beneficial in how I approach clients and their unique needs, and will be a benefit for you as well. 

When it's a good time for you is the most important question. If you're a buyer and are in a good position to purchase (good finances, stable job, sufficient reserves), it's always a good time to buy. If you're a seller and need to move, and can afford your next purchase, it's a good time to move. But most importantly, if it's not a good time for you to buy or sell, then let's talk and figure out a better time. Whether that's more favorable market conditions, lower interest rates, or a higher downpayment. 

I'm licensed to service the entire state of Washington, but am most active in King and South Snohomish Counties. I live in Seattle and have sold most of my homes in and around this wonderful city.
